Flowing Brooks Enterprises, LLC™ is dedicated to helping businesses maintain a triple bottom-line focus on people, planet, and profit. We are firm believers that, "Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out" (Proverbs 10:9 NIV). For this reason, we seek to help brand owners ethically navigate and bring positive change to the global economy, one sustainable company at a time.
Trust
As a faith-based management consulting firm, our primary niche is helping other faith-based entrepreneurs Define, Strengthen, and Promote™ their brands through God led decision-making. We have this hope, that if one "commit(s) th(eir) way unto the LORD; trust(ing) also in him, he shall bring it to pass" (Psalm 37:5 KJV). Therefore, we prayerfully treat each client with dignity and respect; conducting thorough market research and vetting our recommendations; diligently serving as a trust-worthy business partner for bringing entrepreneurial visions to life.
Resilience
Our firm is and will always be anti-hustle culture. Simply put, we do not believe that grinding nonstop provides the appropriate work/life balance this world needs. Better families create better communities which in turn create a better world. This starts with the individual learning what their unique abilities are, and how they can holistically contribute to society, while not neglecting their physical, spiritual, or emotional health.
Quite similarly, creating a healthy workplace starts with positive values and practices promulgated by leadership, which trickle down throughout the rest of the organization. Therefore, to counteract workaholicism, at Flowing Brooks™, we seek to embody biblical values that prioritize a relationship with Jesus Christ, rather than love of greed. We do this, knowing "...they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31). Accordingly, we have found that when our clients keep Christ as the head of their lives, they, themselves, their families, and brands become resilient.
